Aromatherapy candles, aromatherapy scents - What scents mean what?

Search:

Aroma-therapy is a natural healing alternative that uses the power hidden within oils extracted from flowers, herbs, fruits other plants including trees. First of all, select a scent in which ever form you prefer say, candles. Place the candle on a table near your bed or a comfortable chair - or even your office desk and light the arometherapy candle. Make yourself comfortable and inhale breathing the scent in deeply through your nose and out your mouth. Breath slowly, inhaling and exhaling on the count of four. Keep the idea of what the scent is supposed to represent firmly in your mind - visualise in pictures, visualie love, visualize yourself being happy, successful etc. You can do this however often you wish, remember that the more you do this, the effectiveness increases
